How do credits work?
Credits are consumed based on the features you use. Audio enhancement uses 1 credit/min, transcription uses 2 credits/min, and so on. Your monthly credits reset on each billing cycle. You can also purchase additional credits that never expire.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your monthly credits are depleted, you can purchase top-up credits to continue using premium features. You'll receive a notification at 20% remaining credits. Alternatively, basic audio routing continues to work without credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, purchased top-up credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and additional credits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice and purchase orders.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial. However, our Core plan at $9.99/month is an affordable way to experience JYV Desktop with 600 credits — enough for 10 hours of audio enhancement per month.
