Try Jyv Desktop with confidence. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your purchase and have used the software for less than 2 hours total, you're eligible for a full refund.

Refund by Plan Type
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Here's what you need to know:
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Access continues: After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds: We don't provide partial refunds for unused time on canceled subscriptions outside the 14-day refund window.
- Data retention: Your settings and preferences are saved for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to resubscribe.

If you're experiencing technical problems that prevent you from using Jyv Desktop, please contact our support team first. We'll work to resolve the issue. If we can't fix the problem, you may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard 14-day window.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may lead to account suspension. We're committed to resolving issues directly and fairly.
App Store Purchases
If you purchased Jyv Desktop through the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store, refund requests must be processed through those platforms according to their respective refund policies.

How long does a refund take to process?
Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
How is usage time calculated?
Usage time is measured as the total time the Jyv Desktop application is actively running and processing audio. Idle time with the app closed does not count toward the 2-hour limit.
Can I get a refund for a renewal charge?
Renewal charges are not refundable. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
What happens to my data after a refund?
Your account will be deactivated and any cloud-synced data will be deleted within 30 days. Local settings on your device remain unaffected.
Can I get a refund if I purchased during a sale?
Yes, sale purchases are subject to the same 14-day refund policy with the 2-hour usage condition. You'll receive a refund of the amount you actually paid.
